REFLECTIONS

Experience:

Compared to the first semester, Advanced Typography was more enjoyable and challenging. However, this semester was notably better, offering more creative freedom and adventure than the last. It was fun and opened up new possibilities in my artwork. Overall, my typography journey was fulfilling, and I gained valuable knowledge from this module.

Observation:

I've noticed that I still have a lot to learn and improve. Creative ideation remains a challenge for me, consuming a significant amount of my time. To enhance my skills and ideas, I recognize the need to observe and explore more artwork created by others.

Findings:

A key takeaway from this experience is the significance of effective time management and planning. I'm grateful for the guidance provided by my lecturer, Mr. Vinod, who consistently updates the weekly tasks on Teams. This approach greatly supports students, who may struggle with time management and planning. Typography isn't my forte, but I discovered a lot of enjoyment in this module.
